Enable Account Numbers in Advanced Company Settings

Wise-Sync maps to "Account" numbers, which requires a setting to be enabled if not already.

Step 1: Settings Icon in the Top Navigation Panel

  1. Click on Settings icon in the top navigation panel
  2. Select the Company Settings option from the list

Step 2: Enable Account Numbers in Advanced Settings

  1. If Account Numbers is set to Off; click on the Edit Icon

  2. Check the box to enable Account Numbers
  3. Click Save.
