I have added a new customer in ConnectWise but they aren't displayed in Wise-Pay.


A Payer will not be displayed in Wise-Pay 'Payer Company Name' auto selector if:
  • You have not synced a record to your Accounting Package
  • If the name in ConnectWise is different to your Accounting Package
Please Note: the match is case sensitive.

If you have not synced a customer record, ensuring you copy and past the EXCAT customer name from ConnectWise into the 'Payer Company Name'
