Configure Wise-Pay Branding


Wise-Pay provides the ability for you to configure your Company's Branding.  This section is normally configured during your onboarding, however it is recommended that you review this information before you start using Wise-Pay; as the details in Branding will be displayed in the Welcome email that Payers will receive.

The following fields can be configured:
  • Company Logo
  • Enquires Conact Name
  • Enquries Email Address
  • Enquiries Phone Number
  • Facebook URL
  • Twitter URL
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Google+ URL
Please note: if you do no enter a URL for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google+ these fields will not be displayed.

Configuration

  1. Log into Wise-Pay
  2. Click Configure
  3. Click Branding

  4. Upload your Company Logo - we recommend that you use a transparent png file with dimensions no larger than 150px wide.  You can also choose whether the logo should be left or right aligned.
  5. Enter the Enquries Contact Name - this is the person that your customer should contact with any questions
  6. Enter the Enquiries Contact Email - this is the email address that your customers should contact with any payment enquiries.  It is OK to use a group / email connector email address
  7. Enter the Enquires Contact Phone Number - Enter the phone number for your users to call regarding any payment related questions.
  8. (Optional) Enter the Social Link to your Company's Facebook Page (include the full URL including https://)
  9. (Optional) Enter the Social Link to your Company's Twitter Page (include the full URL including https://)
  10. (Optional) Enter the Social Link to your Company's LinkedIn Page (include the full URL including https://)
  11. (Optional) Enter the Social Link to your Company's Google+ Page (include the full URL including https://)
