How do I edit a Credit Card or Bank Account


You can edit a Bank Account and Credit Cards from Payer Admin.  By editing a Credit Card or Bank Account the new details will be displayed and used, the previous details will no longer be available.

Edit a Credit Card


1. Log into Wise-Pay
2. Click Payer Admin
3. Click on the Credit Card image
4. Update the details
5. Click 'I accept the terms for saving my card for later use'
6. Click 'I agree' to the Terms
7. Click Save



Important:
When updating a Credit Card, it is important to update the Credit Card Number.  For security reasons numbers have been replaced with xxxx.  
If you try and save without updating the Credit Card Number you will receive: 
'The creditCardNumber value is not a valid credit card number or is not a support credit card type.  Parameter name: creditCardNumber: ParamName=creditCardNumber

Edit a Bank Account


1. Log into Wise-Pay
2. Click Payer Admin
3. Click on the $ symbol
4. Update the details
5. Click 'I accept the terms for saving my card for later use'
6. Click 'I agree' to the Terms
7. Click Save



Important:
When updating a Bank Account, it is important to update the Bank Account Number.  For security reasons numbers have been replaced with xx.
If you try to save without updating the Bank Account Number you will receive:
'The bankAccountNumber number is invalid Parameter name: bankAccountNumber
