How do I refresh Wise-Pay Billing Terms?


You can refresh your Wise-Pay Billing Terms if:
  • you have created a new Billing Term in ConnectWise
  • you have deleted a Billing Term in ConnectWise
  • Cannot find the Billing Term in Wise-Pay

Steps to refresh your Billing Terms in Wise-Pay


1. Log into Wise-Pay
2. Click Configure
3. Click Auto-Payments
4. Click Add New Billing Term
5. Click Refresh Billing Terms
6. Select Billing Term
7. Fill out Billing Term Details
8. Click Save
