Step 4: Wise-Pay Account Branding
Wise-Pay provides some basic branding of emails and notifications that are sent by Wise-Pay to ensure that the customer is aware of who the notification was generated by. Presently this setup is contained within Wise-Sync as the configuration applies at your Wise-Sync account level.
In the Wise-Pay Account Setup, you have the options of setting
- A company logo
- Social Links (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+)
- Wise-Pay Contact Name and Email in your organization
Step 1 - Setup Wise-Pay Branding
Login to Wise-Pay, from the menu select Configure > Branding
Edit your settings - If you are new to Wise-Pay then you will need to complete this before you start inviting customers.
Required - The Following fields will display on your email invite, and also in order areas of Wise-Pay where contact information may be pertinent.
Optional - Adding the following optional fields will display a social tile on your invite.
This is the welcome email that will go out to your customer when you add them as a Payer.
Note that as the Google+ field has been left blank, it does not appear in the email at all.
Branding Setup Complete Now go to Adding Wise-Payers
