Known Issue: Connectwise Purchase Order Freight Defaults to "Tax Exempt"

Wise-Sync has identified a defect in ConnectWise Purchase Orders, where the freight applied to the Purchase Order is defaulting to "Tax Exempt". Wise-Sync is then allocating the default "Tax Exempt on Purchases" account, due to the tax flag being "N"

ConnectWise have identified that this is a defect in the application and have scheduled this for development.

Workaround: There is currently no way to resolve this issue, as the tax flag cannot be set in the application. ConnectWise recommend that you add a "FREIGHT" item to the purchase order, which will allow you to set the Taxable state of the product.
