This error occurs when the integrator user account does not have permission to the required APIs in ConnectWise.

1. Your Integrator Login Account Details.
2. Access to the Setup Tables in ConnectWise

Steps to take

Refer to the Setup Steps > Pre-Setup ConnectWise > Step 2 > Creating an Integrator Login

At item #5: Ensure that each of the required API's are selected.
