ConnectWise have recently made some updates to their Accounting API.

How to fix it

Update (11:55am): We have automatically updated our Partner's accounts to correct the problem, without having to follow the steps below. If you find that it is still unresolved - please email

  1. If your ConnectWise: PSA dir is set to a specific version, update to v4_6_Release
  2. Change ConnectWise: Software Version to 2018.3

  3. Click Test ConnectWise Connectivity, it should pass.
  4. Click Save.
