New reporting process for chargebacks
In addition to chargeback process currently in place, Integrapay will send notifications when a dispute progresses through the process and a weekly report of all chargeback disputes.
Advice on suspended payer records
If disputes are resolved in favour of the payer, Integrapay will suspend their payer record.
Merchants can't update the suspended status - contact IntegraPay Client Support at firstname.lastname@example.org, who will seek approval from the payer and update the payer record on your behalf.
