Why aren't my invoices marked as Paid in ConnectWise?


Your invoices in ConnectWise are not marked as paid, because you haven't preformed a Payment Sync.


After you have applied payments in your Accounting Package you will need to Sync Payments in Wise-Sync so that the payment is recorded in ConnectWise.
