If you're using Outlook for Office 365, our responses to your support tickets maybe considered as spam.
If you experience this, you will need to whitelist our domain.
- Sign into your Office 365 Exchange Online Portal using an admin account. The portal can be reached at the following address: https://outlook.office.com/ecp/.
- Once signed in, go to Protection > Spam Filter
- Double click on your active spam filter rule and go to allow lists. Click the plus symbol under domain allow list.
- In the domain allow list please enter wise-sync.com;wise-pay.com and click OK and then click Save again.
The process has now been completed and the domains have been whitelisted.
