The ConnectWise Valuation Report is reporting an incorrect Valuation Cost using v2018.6 (58651).
This affects partners syncing Inventory, since Inventory in ConnectWise using this report will not match Inventory Valuation in their accounting package.

How do we know this is an issue?
In the example below, the report is run for Include Picked, Not Shipped: On Hand Count Only. The QTY is correct, but the valuation isn't.
