New Wise-Sync Subscription Plan changes take effect 1st November, 2018 for all customers.
Back in August, we introduced our new Subscription Plan model for new customers, with the plan to roll out the new plans to existing customers on November 1st, 2018. Those customers that are affected by this roll out will receive an email advising of how their subscription has been affected these changes.
How do I view my Subscription?
As an Account Administrator, login to Wise-Sync and navigate to Account > Plan.
We're in the process of improving your user experience when it comes to updating your subscription, including a new user interface, that we're hoping to ship in the next release. In the mean time, if you would like to make updates to your subscription you will need to submit a request for us to perform the update on your behalf.
How do I submit a request to update my subscription?
As an Account Administrator, navigate to Account > Plan and click Change Plan. You will be navigated to a page that will allow you to tell us what you wish to change. Once you've completed the questionnaire, click Send Feedback to submit your request.
If you're not sure about what answers to provide in the questionnaire, click here to view the Plans & Pricing page on our website for more information about our plans and add-ons. Alternatively, add your queries under Additional Comments and we'll be happy to work with you in choosing the right solution for you, once you've submitted your request.
Support for ConnectWise v2019.1
The beta version of 2019.1 was dropped over the last few days. We're introducing support for this version.
Customer Onboarding Improvements
We love automation here at Wise-Sync. We've made improvements to save the time our consultants spend on mundane administrative tasks, so they can spend more time making sure you're syncing and receiving payments like a Bawse (urban dictionary).
In this release, we're automating the sharing of recorded consulting sessions with our customers. There's not much for you to see, since all the magic happens in the background, but, the next time you receive an update from our consultants with a link to a session recording, you can be happy to know our consultants didn't have to manually move recordings to share them with you.
