COGS Is artificially inflated as items were initially purchased into inventory, Client Synced to Xero After Inventory was switched on. When the purchase transaction has already been booked to COGS (at time of PO), the Wise-Sync IV process will artificially inflate the COGS, as it will book another transaction affecting Inventory, to COGS.

When you sync a client invoice that has a Inventory Item sold, a default Manual Adjustment (journal) will be created with the prefix noted in Step 2 of the setup processes.

Solution:

You can safely void the corresponding {IV.TRX.xxxxx} transaction as this is not required.
