In the instance where a Wise-Sync user has been disabled and this user is also assigned to a Wise-Pay Proxy/PayNow Link/Email Link, the Wise-Pay Proxy/PayNow Link/Email Link will be made inactive. This means, your customers will be unable to use that proxy. A new proxy will need to be configured. For more information on how to configure a new Wise-Pay proxy refer to Payment Services, alternatively contact support to re-allocate the proxy.
