Wise-Sync has identified an issue in ConnectWise where purchase order freight is defaulting to "Tax Exempt". This is then processed by Wise-Sync and the default "Tax Exempt Code for Purchases" applied.

This has been idenfied by ConnectWise as a defect and is currently in development for a fix to be released.


Workaround: The suggested action to resolve this issue would be to add a "Freight" item to the Purchase Order, which will then apply the taxable status based on the "Taxable" checkbox on the product item page.
