Validation Error: Xero Tax Validation Errors:

Tax Validation Error Messages are becoming more and more common, below are some of the common Tax Validation Error Messages:

1. Known Issue: Purchase Order Tax not calculated correctly.Tax on Purchase Orders.

There is a know issues affecting ConnectWise v2017.1 where if a user creates a purchase order, with Purchase Order Tax, ConnectWise is calculating the tax amount incorrectly and passing this through to your accounting package.

2. The specified Tax 'GST on Income' cannot be applied to Revenue Account.

The error can occur when:
- The Rounding and Adjustment Item accounts are mismatched
- Where the GL mapping form the setup Tables in ConnectWise are incorrectly allocated to the Account (Revenue Account) or the COGS (Direct Cost of Sales) when the item is being created.
