Why can't I see the QuickLinks after I create a custom menu entry?

If you cannot see the QuickLinks after you have created a custom menu entry, it may be because your access has been moved to 'Disallow Access to these'

To Resolve the issue:

1. Log into ConnectWise
2. Click System
3. Click Security Roles Tab
4. Click on a Security 
5. Click on the 'Customize' link
6. Add the credentials into 'Allow Access'
7. Click Save
