Why can't I see the QuickLinks after I create a custom menu entry?

If you cannot see the QuickLinks after you have created a custom menu entry, it may be because your access has been moved to 'Disallow Access to these'

To Resolve the issue:

1. Log into ConnectWise

2. Click System

3. Click Security Roles

4.  Select the Security Role of the member you need to edit

5.  Under System find Custom Menu Entry, ensure it is set to "ALL" Access

5. Click on the 'Customize' link

6. Move Wise- Pay Virtual Terminal into 'Allow Access'

7. Click Save
