When updating payments in connectwise, an error is returned indicating that the PSA Member does not have access to update payments, where the user can update payments in the Application.
This error has been logged with ConnectWise and has appeared in some customer sites where restrictive permissions are applied to user account.
Syncing with a PSA Admin account will allow payments to be updated correctly in ConnectWise.
A ticket has been logged with the ConnectWise API team for further investigation.
