How can this happen?
- Tax code used in ConnectWise Manage does not match the existing tax codes in Xero.
- Tax code has been archived (deleted in Xero) and was recreated using the exact name resulting in duplicate records.
If the Tax Code Name is different then you can either:
- Change the Tax Code to an existing Tax Code
- Create a new Tax Code
If the Tax Code Name is exactly the same, there might be an archived tax code in Xero with the same name:
- Rename the active tax code both in ConnectWise Manage and Xero then Re-sync.
