Failed to get billing contact for company. (Company: [Company Name] | Error: Multiple matches for billing contact)

How can this happen?
- A Contact in the Company Recycle Bin with the same name is being returned as the Billing Contact
- Multiple Contacts are checked as either the Primary or Billing Contact in Communications Manager
- In ConnectWise Manage, go to System > Mass Maintenance > Company Recycle Bin and force delete the contact from the system permanently
In ConnectWise Manage go to Marketing > Communications Manager, change the primary and billing contacts to another contact, and then change them back (toggle the contacts) to eliminate the duplicates.
