How can this happen?
This happens when there is a misalignment between the Wise-Sync User and the ConnectWise Member. Such misalignments include, but not limited to:
1) The ConnectWise Member's username/password was changed in ConnectWise Manage, but not in the Wise-Sync User settings.
Before saving, it is recommended that you click on the "Test ConnectWise Connectivity" button to make sure that the connections are aligned.
2) There are no REST API Keys assigned, regardless if the above is completed or not.
Match the new/updated ConnectWise Member
username/password with Wise-Sync's User
details > ConnectWise Member
- Step 2 (only if REST API Keys are unavailable/missing/invalid)
